1. Welcome and Introductions
- Welcome returning families
- Introduce new families and board members
- Review the purpose of the Rising Sky Booster Club
2. Booster Club Membership
- Overview of booster club activities and benefits
- Explanation of Active and Associate membership
- Membership expectations and opportunities to participate
- Current athlete membership applications and fees due August 15
- New families may join through October 15
- Review of the $50 membership fee and online payment process
3. Communication
- BAND will serve as the primary communication platform
- Members are responsible for reviewing announcements, volunteer opportunities, and event information
- Additional updates may be posted on the booster bulletin board and website
4. Board Vice President Vacancy
- Review the responsibilities of the vice president
- Explain the proposed leadership succession structure:
- One year as vice president
- One year as president
- One year as immediate past president in an advisory role
- Discuss candidate eligibility requirements
- Review the nomination and electronic voting process
Important: Members interested in being nominated for vice president must attend this meeting.
5. Board Structure and Bylaw Review
- Review officer terms and staggered board rotation
- Discuss expectations for board meeting attendance
- Identify bylaw provisions that may require clarification or amendment
- Preview future openings for vice president and secretary
6. Team Liaisons
- Introduce or confirm liaisons for:
- Girls’ gymnastics

- Overview of the volunteer program
